Example Output
One moment lifted out of a podcast: reframed to 9:16 with the speaker held in frame, a hook title across the top, and word-timed captions. This is the finished file, not a rough cut.
How It Works
A video file or a YouTube link. Full-length episodes are the point — this is built for hours, not minutes.
The episode is transcribed, every moment is scored for how well it opens and lands on its own, and the strongest is cut.
Vertical, speaker-tracked, captioned, ready to post. Not a rough cut — a finished file.
A clip is not an excerpt. An excerpt is any thirty seconds of the episode; a clip is thirty seconds that works for someone who has never heard of your show, has no context, and decided whether to keep watching within the first second.
That rules out most of an episode. Anything that depends on what was said five minutes earlier fails. Anything that opens mid-sentence fails. Anything that takes twenty seconds to arrive at the point fails, because the viewer left at second three. What survives is a moment that states something complete, starts on the interesting part, and finishes cleanly.
Then there is the production side, which is mechanical and slow: crop a landscape two-person recording to vertical without cutting someone's head off, follow whoever is speaking as they move and swap, caption everything because most of the audience has the sound off, and keep text out of the zones where the platform draws its own buttons. That work is identical for every clip, which is exactly why it should not be done by hand fifteen times per episode.
Why Use This Tool
Every candidate is scored on whether it stands alone — not cut at fixed intervals.
The crop follows whoever is talking, including across cuts between two people on a single wide shot.
Word-level timed, styled, and positioned inside the platform safe zones.
Ad segments and outros are detected and kept out of clips — because a clip that opens on a sponsor read is worse than no clip.
Tuned for two-hour interview recordings, not five-minute talking heads.
1080×1920 MP4 at platform spec. No further editing needed.
A typical hour of conversation yields somewhere between eight and fifteen moments that genuinely stand alone. The free tier here returns one; the app returns the full set.
This tool needs video — the reframing and speaker tracking need a picture to work with. Audio-only episodes need a visual treatment first.
The episode is transcribed, then each candidate span is scored on whether it opens on something interesting, makes a complete point without outside context, and ends cleanly rather than mid-thought.
No. Sponsor segments and channel outros are detected and excluded, including clips that would otherwise end a couple of seconds inside one.
Yes. The free clip carries a watermark; clips from an account do not.
Usually 30-60 seconds, set by where the moment naturally starts and ends rather than a fixed duration.
One clip, watermarked, per upload is the free tier. An account gets the whole set from every episode — every moment worth posting, unwatermarked, in one pass.
